Agreement: 1. All purchases must be paid for in American funds on sale day by cash, cashier's check, personal/business checks (must provide bank letter of guarantee NO EXCEPTIONS), Wire Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards are accepted IN PERSON ONLY with proper identification. A 4% office processing fee will apply to all credit card purchases.
2. Everything is being sold AS IS - WHERE IS, without warranty of any kind, as to usefulness or merchantability expressed or implied. Auction Company does not guarantee age, year makes, models or condition. All announcements made on sale day take precedence over any printed material. All information in the advertising is from sources deemed reliable and is believed to be correct, but the auction company shall not be liable for any errors in descriptions. Bidder acknowledges that it is his/her responsibility to inspect all items for sale and make his/her own judgment prior to bidding. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
3. Merchandise becomes the buyers' responsibility as soon as the auctioneer declares it "SOLD". Neither the auction company or its sellers shall be liable for theft or damage to items.
4. Once you place a bid, you are entering into a contract with Equipmentfacts.com and Pedersen & Pedersen Auctions LLC. Any lawsuits filed for non-payment will be filed in Calcasieu Parish.
5. Auction attendee acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury and property damages and agrees to hold the auction company and its sellers harmless from any said incident, during auction and/or checkout.
6. Sales tax will be added where applicable. Dealers purchasing for resale must provide a Certificate of Resale bearing your resale number. Failure to furnish this certificate will result in sales tax being added to all purchases.
7. A buyer's fee of 10% will be added to all purchases. An additional 3% will be added to internet purchases. A $20 wiring fee will be added to all invoices for wire transfers.
8. A $100.00 DOCUMENTARY fee will be added to all titled vehicles. Titles will be sent out either FedEx or Certified mail and may take up to 4 weeks. Please make sure when you pay for them to let the cashiers know the correct address. You will have to sign for these titles when they arrive. You can elect to pick up the title at our office, but you will need to let the cashier know that when checking out. Buyer is responsible for transferring ownership at their local department of motor vehicles.
9. Check-out will be Sunday October 25th 10am-2pm and Monday, October 26th - Wednesday, October 28th from 9am to 4pm. EVERYTHING MUST BE OUT BY WEDNESDAY, October 28th at 4pm. to not incur a fee STARTING at $300 for removal from premises. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Bring your paid invoice when picking up your items.
