Calcasieu/Cameron Parish Summer Surplus Auction
Auction Description:
We will be selling for the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Department, School Board, City of Lake Charles, area businesses, contractors, farmers, dealers and individuals.
CONSIGNMENTS ARE WELCOME - We will be onsite from Monday, May 3rd and will accept items for sale until Thursday, May 6th between the hours of 9am and 4pm. Everything must be onsite by Thurday, May 6th at 4pm.
Internet bidding available on major rolling stock items that will be selling on Saturday, May 8th. Internet bidding link will be posted shortly.
Friday, May 7th, we will be selling miscellaneous items such as three point hitch implements, pumps, small generators, welding machines, lawnmowers, weed eaters, office furniture, computers, printers, other office items and more.
Saturday, May 8th, we will be selling in a drive thru type auction. There will be plenty of seating and facilities will be close by. We will be selling rolling stock such as dozers, backhoes, excavators, forklifts, manlifts, skid steer loaders, graders, farm tractors, golf cars, ATVs, cars, trucks, trailers, boats, RVs, heavy duty trucks, dump trucks and more.
BUYER REGISTRATION INFO -In addition to live onsite bidding we will offer the convenience of real time internet bidding. If you are attending the auction in person you will get your buyer registration bidding card at our mobile office trailer on the day of the sale. The office trailer will be located inside of the main covered arena. A valid driver’s license must be provided in order to obtain the bidding card. If you are planning on using the online bidding you will register online. We have the link for online bidding on our website.
All vehicles, trailers and 4 wheelers must have title registered in the seller's name (motor vehicle dealers must have bill of sale in their dealer name) in order to be accepted for auction. All boats must have registration from Wildlife & Fisheries in order to be accepted for auction.
10% Buyer's premium added to all items (an additional 2% will be added to internet buyers)
Sales tax will be added where applicable.
Everything MUST be paid for on sale day. We accept cash, Visa MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit and debit cards. 4% fee added to all credit and debit card payments. We do accept personal and business checks with proper identification and bank letter guaranteeing payment.
All items sold "as is/ where is", with No Guarantees or Warranties. Inspection prior to bidding is recommended and available.
