Online Mobile Home Auction

Auction Description:

These mobile homes belong to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s department. They were purchased by them from the distributor in order to house some deputies while their homes were being repaired from storm damage. These homes have not had storm or water damage and were brought in after the hurricanes.

These mobile homes are located at 1100 James Sudduth Parkway in Lake Charles, LA 70615.

We will have a preview day on Friday, December 2nd between the hours of 9am and 2pm.

Online bidding will start on these mobile homes on Thursday, December 1st at 5pm and will end on Wednesday, December 7th. This is selling in online bidding only!

We are conducting this mobile home auction in conjunction with Spartan Homes of Louisiana. They will be processing the titles and we will be sending them out via Fedex or certified mail.

This mobile home is being sold “as-is, where-is” with no guarantee or warranty as to usefulness or merchantability. All sales are final.

Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s department will disconnect the utilities and air conditioner.

Buyer responsibilities:

• Buyer will be charged a 10% buyer’s fee.
• Buyer must pay for this mobile home no later than 4pm on December 13th. Forms of payment are bank wire transfer or cash. Credit cards and checks are not accepted.
• Buyers will be required to use a licensed and bonded mobile home mover in order to remove his purchases.
• Buyer will be responsible for supplying and attaching the tongue and hitches to the front of the home as well as supplying and installing all necessary axles, wheels & tires and any other necessary procedures to make the home road ready.
• Buyers be responsible for securing any inside appliances, furniture, cabinets, doors or other movables. It will also be their responsibility to place outside strips or other for transport if they so choose.
• Buyer shall remove the existing steps and take them if they so choose.
• Buyer is responsible to load and haul off the existing air conditioner outside unit.
• Buyer must contact us in order to schedule removal of the mobile home.
• Buyer must have the mobile home removed from the property by December 31st, 2022
• Buyer and any other attendees or visitors agree to hold Pedersen & Pedersen Auctions, Inc., the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff department, Spartan Homes of LA., and its representatives harmless from any injury or property damage that may occur during preview or any other time related to the sale of this mobile home
